Spotlessly clean room, friendly housekeeping staff.

We loved the comfy beds and had a choice breakfast, but the spa room was a bit dim with cheap furniture. Chur to the staff for being so welcoming!

Comfortable stay with a few quirks

The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a kitchenette that made our stay comfortable. The staff checked on us regularly, adding a personal touch.

The noise from housekeeping early in the morning was disruptive. parking can be tricky for taller vehicles, with height restrictions in some areas.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Lygon Street. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was disappointing during my stay.

Loved the comfortable room, but parking was a headache for my tall vehicle.

We had a cozy stay in the Deluxe Triple Room! The bathroom was well-stocked with fluffy towels and essentials, and the split system worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the entrance was a bit awkward with our suitcases due to the stair setup.

stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe twin room and had a great experience. the location was fantastic, close to all the hotspots, and the room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and comfort. really appreciated the staff checking in on me, making it feel extra welcoming.

the location of best western was perfect, just a short walk to everything in fitzroy and carlton. my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. the staff even checked in on my health and well-being during check-in, which was a nice touch.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a great breakfast spread that included scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit to start the day right. plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk to tram stops for easy access around the area.

We stayed for a night and were happy with how clean the place was. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. The location was really convenient, just a short walk to the CBD. Only downside was the shower pressure was a bit low. The restaurant served some tasty breakfast options!

the staff at best western were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved the deluxe queen room that overlooked the courtyard pool. the bed was super comfortable. it’s just a short walk to lygon street with all its restaurants. i also appreciated how they checked in on my health during check-in.

We enjoyed a lovely family stay in a spacious room, ideal for us and our grandchild. The cleanliness was impressive, the beds super comfortable, and we couldn't get enough of the tasty dining options nearby—definitely a great place to explore Melbourne from!
